Whilst the situation with COVID-19 has improved in some parts of the world the impact it has had on courier services is still high and we continue to experience significant delivery delays.  According to the Swiss information on shipping abroad, it should be possible to send a parcel to these countries. However, this may change. Listed below are all countries we ship to.

All orders will be processed within 1-2 working days.

We are unable to change your delivery address once an order has been dispatched.

We do not ship on weekends, public holidays, or on holidays determined by this company.

DUTIES AND TAXES

International tax and duties are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. These fees are not included in the shipping costs.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Sorry, we cannot offer our customer a refund or exchange on all the Paintings, so returns are not applicable.

Once the product has been paid for and the payment has been received, the customer has one day (24h) to review the order and cancel it. After 24 hours, it is not possible to cancel the order, therefore no refund is possible.

PAYMENT METHODS

From the moment of placing an order, the customer has 10 days to pay the costs. If the costs are not paid within 

this period, the order will be cancelled and the products made available to other customers.
